Who are you?

Hello! My name is Tony, I am a St. Louis native growing up in North County and then spending stints on the Hill and in Maplewood. I own and operate the company along side my team: acquisition manager, transaction coordinators, title specialists, and many more! I have worked in almost every area of the real estate industry except for the commercial space, and yes I am a Missouri Licenses real estate agent.

What Houses do you buy?

We are opening to buying any house in any condition in the greater St. Louis region on the Missouri side. It does not matter if it is a turn key property, vacant land, or needs a full rehab, we would love to present an offer for your house!

How quickly can I close?

Typically, we can get to the closing table in 3-4 weeks! On occasions, there will be variables out of our control that may extend the escrow period, such as dealing with a probate property.

What is the catch?

There is no catch! Keeping it short and sweet, purchasing properties this way allows us to avoid market competition, and streamline the process between an offer and closing on the home!

Are you a real estate agent?

Our company is not a real estate brokerage. Yes, Tony does hold his Missouri Real Estate Liscene, but we do not list your properties on the MLS. Our goal is to purchase for our portfolio! If you wanted to explore the route of listing it on the MLS, we would be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Should i list my house with an agent?

There is a chance, that may be the better option for you, but once we chat, we will be able to point you in the right direction. But the process of selling to us, speeds up the paperwork, overal length of the transaction, avoids title fees, realtor commisions, and the stress associated with it.

What happens after we sign a contract?

After the agreement is signed, we are officially in escrow! From here, the agreement will be sent to the title company to begin the process of transferring ownership. During this period, we may conduct title searches, lien searches, inspections, and meet at the closing table!
